ELECTION 2026: Allison Pickard — Anne Arundel County Executive

This moment is too important for infighting and uncertainty. My focus is unifying voters around a clear path to a more affordable County, and protecting them from Trump’s harmful policies. The voices that voters trust most agree: Our campaign is endorsed by more Anne Arundel County officials at a local, state, and federal level than any candidate in this race, as well as the most labor unions representing workers from the private and public sectors.

The challenges facing our county are serious. Meeting this moment requires experienced, steady leadership and a coalition strong enough to get things done. I have spent more than a decade building that coalition and delivering results in the public eye, no matter how difficult or divisive the times. I have never backed down from tough conversations, and I have never lost sight of who I serve.

As your next County Executive, I will provide competent, responsive leadership focused on making Anne Arundel County a welcoming, affordable place where families can thrive for generations to come.

This is one more step toward fulfilling the promise of Anne Arundel County,” said Anne Arundel County Councilwoman Allison Pickard, who represents District 2.
